I agree, women can't define what masculinity is. That's like expecting a cat to know what a goat must be like. Besides, the double standard, if women are allowed to define what masculinity is, then men should be allowed to define what feminity is. If not, it's hypocritical and is no longer equal.

That is the sad reality of the work place. Albeit, its the end game we should keep focus on. Example of starting your own small business. Doesn't have to become large but enough where you can get by. Nobody needs to know your MGTOW, deflection can be a useful tool. You may not get all the frustrations you want out but I reckon the freedom from restraints and having the means to do what you like without anyone over your shoulder will be worth it.
