This is my biggest fear. I recently have been wanting to start working out to gain self confidence, my biggest fear is once I get there, will it actually increase my confidence or will depression keep me from being happy. I'll definitely work on confidence. Thanks so much for this.

I basically have my phone on my front pocket to record. If you don't have it, hold the phone like you are texting. Unless you are trying to record at night, the girl shouldn't notice it. Here's an example of my first ever approach. lol.

Saw her alone and I thought I'd sit next to her because why not. So I walked up, asked if I could sit, then proceeded to make small talks. I then realized I forgot to record, that's why it was recorded half way. I wasn't looking to pick her up, just wanted to practice my eye contact and continuing conversations. I think I did well considering this was after a week I started.

First of all, thank you! I appreciate your constructive criticism. When you said that line is cheesy, how should I go about doing approaches? I watched a lot of PUA videos and they always used that line that's why I used it, I do agree with what you said now that I think about it. I'd like to know what you think I should say to not put them on the pedestal.

Man, swedish girls are the most beautiful human beings i've seen. The fact pickup is new to them is a huge bonus, i'd love to switch place with you for a day or two. Also i'm not in any level right now, just a regular guy trying to approach girls like how we should be naturally. Look at other animals, guys are the ones to approach. I was just super nervous that's what I came up with. You can tell I regret it by saying "fuck" at the end. I'm the same age as her actually, I'm 19, idk why I said she's older than me, I guess when you're nervous, you tend to say things you don't mean.

Oh ok yeh that makes sense. I've been watching a lot of pickup videos lately trying to understand how to transition the conversation from the "hey your cute" to talking about random things. I did tried to do that though by asking about school and some random crap lol. I should be able to convince myself everything will be ok and hopefully I'll be less nervous. Wish me luck! Fun fact: I was super nervous and literally choked, that's why I just said that haha. Infact Im 19, so I'm about her age and me saying she was older was something my brain came up with trying to escape that situation, you can by how fast my voice changed 😂.
