9	How do I get shrug off the desire to be loved? I'll be honest, it will take a bit of time to get to that point. For me I realized I hated myself and was often ruminating about my past failures and how I was such an idiot. Every action I did was to gain the praise of others. I let my past and what others thought define me. I relied on the external to make me happy. After realizing that, I would sit down often and think what I really wanted and what my dreams were.
