Courts, as many other government entities (down to your communal water clearing plant) rely on tax dollars for funding. Tax dollars that by a significant margin are not payed by women but men. Wome are the reason tax dollars get payed. Women are an instrument in resource extraction (from men) and redistribution (to other men and to women). By being biased in favor of women courts simply generate reoccuring business. Its quite the ingenious businessmodel.
