Who do you think you're going to convince by suggesting that everyone woman just wants to use men for "a bank account to filch"? So are you looking for reasons to be offended? It's like you completely ignored the first part: This person could be sexually harassed by a woman or another man. These are illustrative examples. It's not an exclusive list. And yeah, it turns out that minorities are more likely to be subject to racial discrimination than whites, and if you're white you're still allowed to call out racist dicks.

Where are you in Canada? I'm not positive, but I think that might actually be illegal for them to ask that sort of thing on the application -- at the very least it seems a bit shady to me. You might want to call your provincial labour board and see what they think.
