And i wasn't looking to brag, it was just an example of texting. Like i said, everyone has different takes on texting and for me it doesn't have to be used to set up instant dates. 1	How to handle this situation? So you have the same class together, do you talk to her in class at all? Her calling you bro is definitely an instant sign that you're just friends and nothing more. But that's not to say that that status may change in the future. Keep at it, be persistent. Make her laugh and smile and things will turn around.But don't invest all of your time in her. He's found something that has worked for him and he's sharing his experience. It should be obvious to everyone that certain things work for some guys while it doesn't for others.
