| 2 | Email emoticons are sexual harassment.Just finished a mandatory sexual harassment training, I'll weigh in. It's not about the perpetrator's intent. It has solely to do with how the victim perceived the incident. So if she felt that there was unwanted sexual advances she could notify a supervisor and he could be given a warning. Most of the time if this was a first time thing he would just be given a warning; however if he was a repeat offender he could get transferred or fired.
