| 1 | Need work adviceHi, went through something similar. You should not care if your general manager believes you or not, document everything and i mean everything!. Try the GM first, make sure you document date/time, who the meeting was with and the subject. what you told them, what they responded with. Take a notepad with you to the meeting always, reason being, managers tend to stay on topic and be honest when you're writing stuff down.
