1	Student accused of false rape allegations claims mental illness Oh definitely have probation or something like it as well as well as mandatory treatment for the mental condition. Instead of Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity (NGRI) that most states have, AZ has Guilty but Insane (GBI). Essentially you still have the conviction and all that, but you are not sentenced. 5	Title IX - Law letting girls into college sports ends up pushing boys out Title IX was originally a good and noble piece of legislation. What has happened is that the UNIVERSITIES have misapplied it to just cut less popular sports in many schools in the name of equality. Is the legislation now a piece of shit and do we need a better one? Yes. That does not mean it was originally a bad thing.
