That's very true. I just assumed based on their spelling and grammar that they were immature and that it reflected their age. They could very well be older too though. Either way, they're stupid.

Not him but I have also tried cold showers. Normally about 5 minute showers, I don't know the exact temp but not the coldest my shower would go but pretty close to it. Just enough so it wasn't so cold it was taking my breath away.

The numbers I've read say 21-25 days is enough to break a habit and form a new one. Say I wake up in the morning and do 100 push ups or something. For some reason I have a hard time believing that women's studies class is going to show you how they actually think.. Isn't injections supposed to be one of the most painful ways to go? I know you're paralyzed before you receive it so nobody knows. But I did read somewhere that it's supposed to feel like fire pouring through your veins. I'm okay with her receiving that.

It's only as tough as you make it. A lot of things you can rig up to make it easier but sometimes you gotta grab a sledgehammer and pound a 2 foot long 1inch bolt into a hole. Jesus Christ your schedule is packed. I'm a miner I work 8hrs a day, 1 hour drive there and back and I bust my ass at work. I usually only work out on my days off or when I had a moderately easy night at work. I couldn't imagine going to the gym 5x a week and doing martial arts and doing yoga. Do you have a 40hr/week job? If not then I can completely understand doing all that.

I had ~2 weeks to go before I shipped out for the Navy and my recruiter told me I had to drop the weight even if I starved myself. He wasn't a very good person and it wasn't worth what I put myself through.

I lost 12 pounds in about 2 weeks in a very unhealthy way. Every day I got up, waited until noon and put 2 pairs of sweatpants and shirts on and went for a 3 mile jog. A lot of people who run their own businesses (spellcheck?) work at least 80 hours a week. I know a guy who shows up at his restaurant at 6am, opens at 8am, closes at 9pm and he's usually there til around 10pm I assume cleaning/running the ledger/doing other business owner shit. He loves what he does so it doesn't take a toll on him like working a shitty job would.
