Gendered bathrooms and free food for kids both have a biological backing. Bathrooms are built differently for different genders and kids generally eat less. Also, neither hurts anyone. Having separate gender bathrooms actually speeds up the process for both and kids are generally not paying for their own meals. The issue isn't whether any individual thinks this practice is "unfair". If it were then yes, those individuals could go elsewhere and capitalism trucks onward. The issue is that the entire situation you just described is one of the most prevalent and widespread cases of sexism and discrimination in the world and that because of gender norms and the fact that it is sort of a win for all parties makes everyone put up with it. The second chart is misleading. The chart makes it look like there is huge disparity caused by mothers being less important (or worse) as parents, when in reality most of the disparity is in the number of single parent homes which have mothers.

Borderline Personality Disorder is hotly contested because all of the symptoms are stereotypically female. It's thought that it either presents differently in men or, more likely, that the personality disorders as a whole are somewhat unscientific. Wait 'til the DSM 5 comes out before making claims like that about personality disorders. The whole concept has changed.
