The only way that worked for me was to take it slow and to focus on how I felt/looked liked instead of on the number on the scale. I didn’t cut out anything in my diet but I ate in a sustainable calorie deficit and upped my protein intake and drinking lots of real water. I moved my body everyday (walking, stairs, standing at work, even cleaning can do the trick) to increase my basic metabolic rate. And I also worked out everyday for 20-30min. He’s an amazing leader with his junior classmates and at work (he works full time) but he’s parents make him doubt himself in the private sphere. When we’re just the two of us on vacation he leads me naturally, but not when his parents are around.

Personally my casual uniform is blue/beige jeans or skirts of the same colours, with a feminine blouse, and either ballet flats or sleek white leather trainers if I plan on walking a lot ! I found that having basic bottoms and shoes and playing with tops made it easier to become more feminine. This will depend on your age of course, I’m only 20 so I try to not appear too much older.
