0	Advice on tricky situation. I'm sorry I should have been more clear in my original post. he pinned her to the ground gropped and grabbed at her while she was saying no. 1	Advice on tricky situation. Sexual assault. I figured it was implied by saying someone intended to have sex with someone while pinning them to the ground. Also point of interest is that in my state the first person told of a sexual assault can press for charges without the actual victims input. Also I'm thinking this is about to break open as I'll get blamed for spreading false allegations. But I'm quite confident the female friends account of events are true. 1	Advice on tricky situation. Yeh this whole thing is going to blow open I think. Thing is the guy is 'popular' and the girl is quiet with tight nit friends etc. the guy has a history of being right by being the loudest.
