Tbf, thats because a lot of men would be shamed for it. Emasculation doesnt come from within. If you dont live up to patriarchial standards, you get called gay or whatever the new insult is and are open season for harassment and abuse. By no means is that an excuse, but worth bearing in mind

So, Im trans, I had a redpill phase before coming out. I can empathize. But you have to considera couple things: just like you probably dont find all women attractive, same goes the other way. The guys you're thinking about fucking are the equivalent to some drunk cougar who comes off way to strong and passed her peak twenty years ago. Also, you cant turn that attention off. I know a lot of men like you are starved for it, but the grass isnt greener on the other side. I was once followed several…

Theyre listening just fine, THEY ARE TELLING YOU THAT YOU ARE INCORRECT. Just restating your thesis and telling people to look it up isn't a productive argunent

Wait Im actually confused now. I dont recall hating hookups, which seems to me the implied result of these sentiments, to be a popular opinion here

So what you're saying is the shotgun approach works?

Not to upstage women (seeing as I am one and have experienced those same slights), but this is a point worth emphasizing. Lots of powerful people are invested in convincing men that feminism is just misandry, not helped by actual misandrists appropriating feminist rhetoric.

He complained the other day...that when I shut down those discussions if feels like I'm saying "fuck you" to his opinions You won't like to hear this, but that's exactly what you should do. Men like him deserve to feel lonely and rejected, they are for a reason

Is his name on the lease? If he us, Id try to get it taken off if you can. Should be able to just kick his sorry ass to the curb then

Also the bit on toxic masculinity. That's a very specific thing, not all masculinity is toxic
/r/ExRedPill10/01/24 07:37 PM

Just out of curiosity OP, are you autistic or have aspergers? Cuz I do and I can't read people for shit either. Sorry Heckel, but at least for me, I'd ask all of those questions the same way I do any talking at all: blunt

This is probably gonna sound mentally fucked, but I wish I had that lack of empathy. Socializing is entirely a game a deception and morality is utterly arbitrary, but I struggle to turn off the empathy that was drilled into me as a child. And I hate it. Not having any like your gf sounds so freeing

Im curious about the submissive fantasy bit, because I'm not really wrapping my head around how it's submissive exactly. I could see it not being dominant, but I don't see the submission

Woman. 1000%. You'll get some women jealous, but they ain't the ones you want

How can you be so sure of something you have zero evidence for. I moderate the r/TruTalk discord server. I'm pretty dedicated to my position. Also I'm 24

Brilliant. 10/10 argument

I....disagree with your premise entirely. If sex was a construct, why do people like myself feel the inherit need to change it. Yes, intersex people exist, they're an outlier caused by genetic mutation and/or birth defect. There is a reason you rule out outliers when discussing scientific categories.

How exactly can you argue if one sex has an advantage or not in a homosexual dynamic?

There, we agree

I do think there might be some women who get to that level. I'm sure the spectrums overlap. But I do think they're gonna be lower on average. This is effectively a nature vs. nurture debate, and the problem with that is they do not exist in isolation. Men have typically been the pursuer and vice versa. Since this is a fit strategy, and since men are put off by promiscuous women (likely they want to be certain the child is theirs because passing on genes), men and women will evolve to further thi…

Both can be (and I'd say are) true simultaneously. Yes, women are culturally repressed. But even an unrepressed woman probably doesn't desire sex as much as the average man. Source: Trans. Testosterone has a huge effect on sexual desire. I am not the only one of this experience who will attest to such

To be there, this is a gay subreddit. Guy might be only talking about straight relationships. I'm not agreeing with him ofc (see my other comments), just trying to be thorough
/r/ExRedPill19/05/23 12:56 AM

That's less a beauty thing, and more that men are just more likely to be the pursuer. If it were the other way around, you'd see plenty of what you're talking about.
/r/ExRedPill19/05/23 12:55 AM

You're given physical strength, that's hardly nothing
/r/ExRedPill19/05/23 12:53 AM

Based on your descriptions. Please elaborate on the difference. How are you acting towards other men that isn't that?
/r/ExRedPill27/04/23 12:33 AM

In modern terms it can come off as "toxic masculinity"...
/r/ExRedPill26/04/23 09:35 PM
3

So...you need to be the kind of man who shames other men for not being uber macho, or is so insecure about looking gay that he refuses to do stuff like drink water; to be mentally healthy? That's what anyone with a spare brain cell means by "toxic masculinity"
/r/ExRedPill25/04/23 07:10 PM

Uh, not this, first of all. We tend to not like being thought of as weird indecipherable aliens anymore than simple dainty princesses. As for what TO talk about, depends on the girl. Have you tried to identify a common interest you could use to start a conversation?

I mostly just want to debunk this one belief system, but I appreciate the advice and sentiment

Okay that makes a bit more sense. If the problems are real though, I'm curious how you'd propose solving them then
/r/ExRedPill03/04/23 09:12 PM

You know what, I never thought of that before. I'll have to keep it in mind.

I can't really confirm, but I imagine height is a bigger issue when you don't have the charisma to overcome it. You are kinda cheating the game imho. I'm sure that's a reason, and I know it effects me. But I don't know if I'd describe that the same way as someone who just prefers to be passive.
/r/ExRedPill26/03/23 07:01 PM
1

That's absolutely the case. Why do you think there's self help books for social skills and being assertive? I'm willing to bet a fair few people find themselves following TRP out of a frustration with their lack of social capital. That's what led me there, and I turned out to not even be a guy in the end. It is worth noting that while I'm introvert, I'm certainly not a passive introvert. One does not necessarily imply the other, and I'm not sure what kind of passive person aspires to be influent…
/r/ExRedPill26/03/23 06:33 PM

Who would want to be passive though? I hate being a nerdy introvert. I can see everything wrong, all the ways a given idea is insightful and bollocks. But I cannot actually do or communicate anything about it, no matter how badly I want to. I've tried. People don't listen to autists unless they're good at an artform.

In other words, people are shit, and it's best to investigate case-by-case. In other news, fire is hot.

Thank you. Just thought I'd add some context for what you're pointing out. You end up with a very interesting lens on pillspace if you've seen both sides

Yes?

Love the way you worded this XD. From my experience as a trans woman on hrt, hormones are a big part of this, and I'm not the only one who'll say this if you go asking around. Testosterone is kinda an aphrodisiac
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/23 06:04 PM

I never disputed that.

Humans are in fact animals. Is that a good thing? Probably not. But reality doesn't give a shit
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/23 05:53 PM

What I can say is i do fit the description of a loner ND woman who doesn't really like to interact with people, and guys being open about liking simulator games and cartoons would help me because I'm into those things I also know there's more men that fit this description than women. Whether that's nature, nurture, or some combination of the two; idk. I do know you're gonna see the old 80/20 ratio play out with us just as much as extroverted folks even in that ideal scenario
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/23 05:45 PM

I'm probably too late to get a response. But as an autistic trans woman, I am able to empathize. That's what I'd do first, give them someone to talk to and a shoulder to cry on. Second thing I'd do is tell them the harsh truth, not to hold his breath, because the world is indeed a shitty place where some people are fucked over for no reason. If he wants to put in the extra effort, I'll support him in that. But I'm not gonna lie to him. The third thing I'd do is ask what else he'd like to do, wha…
