When I was single and college aged, I went to church and joined a singles group. It was almost all dudes. The few women got married quickly, except for me, and they all married down. Hey, I don't care as long as they are happy. The remaining men complained about too few women so some of them left for a more modern church which was not a sausage fest. They found wives quickly. In my part of the country this is common.

My theory is that women don't feel ownership/responsibility for their countries/cultures. Which makes sense since the narrative/reality(?) is that men built it all. They still see themselves fundamentally as culture-jammers and beggars rather than free. It's also why they struggle to actually come up with a vision for anything. What steps did you do to make yourself better to get better men? Did you approach these better men? Go to the gym? Learn good game to get the amazing men to date you? I'm actually curious what women do when they struggle to find decent men. Real answer? I got therapy. Once the shrink explained everything to me it made sense and I got better. Still had a few years before I met the love of my life at age 44, but it all worked out. So glad I never married the wrong guy.
