That's a misconception modern feminism is intersectional and cares a lot about men's rights. And the people with the most power in society are definitely not feminists and they don't generally have as much power as you might think. Otherwise, abortion would be completely legal everywhere in USA

I'm confused about what the mens right activists think about the reasons behind most of the issues they care about. Feminists tend to blame toxic masculinity whereas men tend to blame feminism or womens preferences for partners Also I spoke to a few dudes who thought the world was better before feminism and women barely worked or worked easier jobs.

Both working class men and women have worked equally labour intense jobs in the past. Especially during the industrial revolution. Like mining or farm labour. And 80% women in the 1910s worked as maids and servants with ridiculously long hours and labour intense tasks

I think that wildly depends on the family they were brought up in. My mother has always been very committed to teaching me that abusing anyone in a relationship is never okay. If a family teaches one of those lessons to their kid they're unlikely to teach them the other.

I dont think men or women are any worse or better at selecting good partners. But my issue here is that you're assuming that just because someone wants to have sex with someone they want to have a child with them. If we take away the right to abortion many women will be stuck on their own with children they can't take care of

I personally have never met a woman who didn't think men could be abused or mistreated and I think that the crime statistics do tell us that we need to do something better when raising men so that they learn that they don't need to be violent to be masculine. Also I think everyone is capable of pure love

We really need to get rid of the idea that either sex is better at caring for children than the other. Women can be shit mothers and men can be good fathers. By pushing the idea that women are supposedly meant to be the primary caregiver and nothing else harms both groups.
