Why is it that we hardly ever hear about a woman whose life was saved because of her husband's care and attention? First of all, he comes from a line of HVM. My grandad was a simple man, but hardworking and progressive and he loved my grandma to pieces. Imagine being unable to feed yourself because your wife died or divorced you I don't know where these men live, but where I live in the supermarket you can buy plenty of already made salads and other healty-ish meals. The most you have to do is put them in the microwave or the oven. If if you're so inadequate or old (and at this point someone should be helping you) that you can't boil pasta and add sauce from a jar, cheap pre-made food is aplenty.
