I'm sorry I'm not really sure what you mean, could you rephrase?

There are many women who are prejudiced against men. There are many men who are prejudiced against women. There are also MANY men and women who AREN'T prejudiced to the opposite gender. With such a huge sample size as "all men" or "all women", you're going to find some to support any statement you make, but that in no way makes it the rule for EVERYONE in that group. I don't know anything about you, but I assume that you have this opinion because of your own personal experiences with women. I wo…

I pointed out exactly what statement put that message across. The fact that you're assuming any random woman would likely automatically treat you like garbage if you said hello in a normal setting seems to show an obvious prejudice to me. What else could you take from that statement? I don't hate men. Far from it. Like I mentioned before, I feel like it's silly to believe such generalizations as "all men are evil". What have I said to suggest that I hate men?

Yes. And women are obligated to protect men from such as well. PEOPLE should try to help other PEOPLE. That may not be the way it works all the time, but that would be ideal in my opinion.

I can't tell if you're serious. If you are, how can you really believe that? This isn't a "men's rights" issue that you're talking about, this is an issue of you hating women. Downvote me, call me a feminazi, but you're making a HUGE assumption about ALL women. Saying that you shouldn't help someone in need because "they probably wouldn't like you in a normal setting" is utter bs. Why do you assume the woman in this situation would treat you like shit? Because maybe at some point in your life, a…

I think /u/Qraqen meant woman-hating in the sense that this isn't really relevant at all to Men's Rights, and therefore it might be assumed that it was posted here in more of a "look at this crazy bitch" kind of way than a "look at this thing that is sexist towards men" kind of way. At least that's how I felt at first. However what you said about the implication being that a man would be treated differently in the situation makes sense, and now I feel like understand why this is posted here a li…

Even if I don't agree with many of your points, I very much appreciate the intelligent and well-thought-out response. Honestly I don't feel that I'm mentally equipped to respond to each of these points, seeing as 1) it's midnight after a long day here and 2) I feel that I need some time to let these seemingly logical points sink in and be processed. Once again though, I appreciate the comment.

This is the kind of thing that gets on my nerves about /r/mensrights. I'm all for equality, but this kind of thing isn't fucking acceptable from anyone; male, female, or otherwise. Either make a reasonable, intelligent comment, or leave. This kind of stupid pointless mocking helps nothing and is what makes /r/mensrights look bad.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
