-8	Texas forces man to pay 65,000 USD for a kid that DNA tests showed is not his It isn't fair, and the government knows it. The real tricky part is that the child is the bigger victim here. It isn't the child's fault the mother lied. You can't just ignore that child support payments are meant for use in raising the child (yes, I know that doesn't really happen in most cases). 1	That's 7665 days. The founding fathers set up the system to allow 9 guilty men go to protect the one innocent. What we have now seems like the opposite.
