Talk to your OB, if they aren’t willing to help you, please find a new one. I was tracking my cycles and noticed that I never had a true peak when ovulation testing. My OB listened and prescribed Letrozole that week to help me trigger ovulation, and we conceived that first month. It could be a number of things, including an issue with your partner, so definitely don’t delay asking for help! Sending baby dust your way!

Submitting to my husband has allowed me to worry so much less about things in his scope, and he has zero worries for the things in mine. It makes life so much easier when you take the load of life and split it in two :)

Hmm crocheting was going to be my suggestion, but I definitely understand that it’s hard to do with littles around! Maybe needlepoint, embroidery, felting, Pinteresting.

Mrs. Midwest on YouTube is lovely, obviously! I really enjoy Farmhouse on Boone on YouTube as well, she has a ton of homemaking content and her podcasts are also great! I think Age of Adeline is a beautiful movie. She remains delicate and feminine as a 110 year old woman in a 30 year olds body. The Time Travelers Wife has a similar feel, as does Outlander.

I didn’t realize they were a man, my mistake! (Obviously I would never ask another man to live with me 😅) Perhaps a better way to convey what I was trying to say with my comment was, I need these hard truths in my face daily. My husband does give me the same hard truths, but he also won’t share unless I ask or it comes up in conversation. However, when it comes to improving my health and physique, I think he may feel some tenderness towards the subject after seeing the toll pregnancy had taken o…

I agree! We’re a very traditional family, and I’ve found most parenting/pregnancy subs to be very left, so having other like-minded parents to converse with would be refreshing!

“I’ve been encouraged to make do with what I have and see that everything in my home doesn’t have to be new to be homey, cute, and comfortable.” SO MUCH YES! It’s easy to feel pressured to have a Pinterest worthy home when we are constantly comparing our lives to those we see on Social Media. Hearing her talk about this really helped me learn to step back and be grateful for the beautiful home my husband provides for our family, and be happy with what I have right now, and not spending money fri…

I adore her. I’m a Christian, 26 years old, and a stay at home mother to a toddler (and hopefully more soon!), so I feel that I can really relate to her because we are in the same phase of life. Her videos are some of my faves to listen to while I do housework or get ready for the day, so I’ve watched all of them many times! It’s easy to get overwhelmed and burnt out as a homemaker, and she helps remind me that my home and family are the most precious gifts, and they should be cherished. In less…
