i actually read that book, and i don't think i'm fucked up or have a twisted world view, but thank you for sharing. i don't disagree with any thing you said about fucking (except the "fucked up" part), i just found a different way to deal with my sexual energy without the the need of ejaculation or a partner. Your ideas about the subject are mainstream, you use the word " ideology ", and just because something appears contradicting to you you refuse it. My approach will be practical since i believe that this is something we all know intuitively (i learned most of what i know by my self and without any guidance and then started reading and studding to understand what i was doing in medical and energetic terms and improve it) I don't have anything against religious text, i just try to stay practical and rely on what i experienced more than anything else

As you see in my post and started with yoga and qi-gong so you can see that my first 2 influences was the Indian and Chinese traditions but over the years i learned to take what works for me and leave the rest (for instance the Indian culture have a lot of deities and they love to deify everything but i only focus on what i want and try to stay away from any religious path)

If you are attacked by a woman and she is not using a weapon u can use different martial arts technique to defend your self without hitting her and dealing with all the legal bullshit, the simplest one is the fighting stances in boxing and kick boxing where you can protect your neck,rips, liver, nose, diaphragm... it's easy to learn, one lesson would be enough but it takes some practice
