1	UK: Former student, 23, accused of rape by female friend who 'woke up on top of him after they shared a bottle of Prosecco' is cleared. Outrageous he was even charged. That is a shitty fucking "law", and someone should get to work on repealing it. This just encourages false accusations. Why not? It seems like the accuser gets all the benefits and protections of the law, while the accused gets fucked in the face with his name all over the world forever as a potential rapist and sexual monster.
