You just said he wasnt threatened by being there. Then why did he bring a gun. Unless he brings an AR everywhere he goes.... Youre not making sense. I 100% support gun laws but like I said they have to make sense. If you feel threatened by someone with a gun, your fight or flight kicks in and attacking that person is absolutely something you do. I support gun laws, but they have to make sense. If he felt so threatened he needed to bring an assault rifle, he should have stayed home. Youre painting it like he just so happened to have his regular carry on him. He went looking for a gun fight and found one. Stand your ground law covers when someone is trying to enter your home or try to pull you out of your home, outside on your property is iffy and can go either way depending.
