You clearly don’t get it, but I don’t mind. Move on, creep.

Big shock you didn’t understand the analogy. I’m really not interested in your scummy conversation, move on creep.

I’m not emotional, that’s you. Yea we’ve established you disagree about your fucked up comments. “I don’t know why this one cook got mad when I said his food was shit! Other cooks said the same thing, so I’m not a scumbag - it’s probably the same when I say it!” Move on already, creep.

And you’re a parrot saying fucked up things.

That’s not evidence you’re not a scumbag, that just confirms what I’ve already said. You didn’t even read it, you’re just trying to pretend you didn’t say fucked up things. I don’t care, go away scumbag.

What you think doesn’t matter, you’re a science denier. Lean into it!

It doesn’t matter, you’ve already abandoned rational thought. Do whatever you want, it’s all good.

I’m sorry, I couldn’t make it past the part where you try again to make your “no harm no foul” kind of argument. Had there been a need, they would have been tapped to fulfill what they signed, it’s not relevant that they don’t take it seriously. It’s not exaggeration or idealization to say so, it’s just the reality of what they signed. I didn’t say it was a huge problem that men don’t take it seriously, just that we would expect men not to view it as problematic and those who do to keep it to th…

Ok point taken some guy was saying that, that wasn’t pivotal to my criticism of your comments. Im not trying to convince you to agree, I’m honestly just disgusted at what you said about war being unlikely and smearing the men themselves. I’m not idealizing anything, I’m merely insisting each time you try to reframe your words why and how what you said was shitty. I’m sorry, but some men not taking that contract seriously is part of the issue at play here, that’s no excuse to hand-wave the severi…

When you embrace your whims while ignoring research, you definitely do. Be as ignorant as you want.

I’m not idealizing anything, I’m speaking clinically about the reality of the contract they’re signing and what it means. Don’t lie about what you said, you’re not fooling anyone. You said it won’t happen. War won’t happen, there won’t be a draft. That was part of your argument. You sound bitter and unwilling to view men in a fair light with regards to social contracts, despite running your mouth about honor. Tell me, what function does honor play in conscription? In the event of a draft, would …

So your long winded explanation of why you decided to diminish a contract for armed service and talk shit about the men forced to sign it, instead of just granting that it should be equal, is that you actually respect the obligation to serve and “there are bigger problems”? That doesn’t track at all. You can’t claim to respect the obligation to serve while making the argument that another draft won’t ever happen and also calling men weak while questioning their intent to honor that contract. Tho…

They did so because they had to and you didn’t have to. Instead of granting that the requirement should be equal and leaving it at that, you chose the path of diminishing both the men and the significance of the contract. You not only failed to communicate whatever yet-unseen point you intended, you’ve also failed to gaslight me into believing you didn’t say what you clearly did. If it’s not a big deal, why are you here arguing about it? You were being petty over a contact for armed service, tha…

Your choice, many people choose science denial.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/19 11:51 PM

You were shitting on the contract as meaningless, and you actually mocked the physical ability of the men who would be forced to fight for you to actually do so. You’re the one making hyperbolic arguments destroying whatever valid point you may have had, and you come off like an entitled scumbag who doesn’t understand let alone deserve the sacrifices being promised on her behalf. You should be deeply ashamed. If you actually held the views you’re professing now, you’d have no problem with men an…

Just look up kin selection or do any reading at all on the topic. It’s clear you haven’t.

Sorry, but that’s just factually incorrect. In this context, relatedness is literally the percentage of shared genes. You don’t get to redefine terms surrounding scientific findings to suit your uninformed opinions.

Nice backpedal attempt scumbag, but you said it wouldn’t happen and the paper was meaningless, that’s disrespectful to all armed services. You also cast shade on the men themselves. How many abolitionists sat around talking shit about slaves? You should be deeply ashamed of yourself.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/19 05:04 PM

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but it should be said that when you say “in truth” you’re contradicting a lot of scientific data. Altruism is modulated by relatedness. It’s not the same thing to sacrifice for your own child as to sacrifice for strangers, not even close.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/19 04:55 PM

They don’t know that and neither do you. What a privilege it must be to have the luxury to say such ignorant and disrespectful things about the men who would be forced to protect you in a crisis knowing you were never forced to sign any such contract. I sincerely hope your grandparents never experience the shame of hearing your incredibly trashy opinions on this topic.

You moved the goalposts on pretending like the contract is meaningless, and now you’re turning to petty trash talk because you know the shame of what you’re saying. Weak as they may be, they’ve agreed to sacrifice their lives if called upon. You’ve chosen to spit on that agreement and call it worthless. No veteran would respect that position. Go ask one, princess.

I don’t think anyone said that. I think you’re moving the goalposts because you know your grandparents would disagree with your previous assessment that it’s a meaningless piece of paper. If they value the weight of the contract being signed at all, I’m pretty sure they’d be ashamed of you. Rightly so, your position is shameful.

Well put. If anything, it’s men in their 20s and women in their 30s or later who overestimate their dating value. Young hot women know their dating value, they’re told constantly.

Yes, I couldn’t date a lazy uneducated woman. An unemployed adult dependent is a burden, more so if they haven’t bothered to cultivate any marketable skills. It’s not just fertile soil for later resentment, it reflects a shitty attitude towards those around them. I don’t care if she’s got a college degree, but if she’s not curious and ambitious in some way, I’m not interested in anything serious. Who wants to spend the rest of their life looking after a useless overgrown child? I want a partner,…

No, but the altruism is diluted greatly when you’re protecting your own genes. It’s not the same kind of thing as laying down your life for a greater good. Many exceptional women have done just that, but I think it’s clear there are expectations and pressures on men to sacrifice their wellbeing in some form or another for the benefit of random strangers - especially women and children - and those pressures and expectations are not placed on adult women to the same degree.

This is the practical answer. It’s a common misconception among lonely young men that a majority of women are feminists. It’s less than one in five. “Antifeminist” women are extremely common, they just don’t typically binge SJW cringe videos and “meme on legbeards” or whatever. If you sound like a crazy feminist when making antifeminist talking points, people will dislike you regardless for the same reason feminists put most people off. I’ve noticed some redpill types are just as overzealous in …

This argument only works if you isolate your focus to the woman’s options prior to the child’s birth. Mothers can get rid of unwanted infants a number of ways after the child is born, and it often takes place without the father’s knowledge. This was deemed necessary to protect women from being “forced” to murder unwanted babies. Men should have the right to opt out of fatherhood in exactly the same way if they don’t want children. The government should not be complicit in the extortion of a life…

I don’t think OP is objecting to that aspect, he’s pointing out that while men are still encouraged to work on their appeal (e.g. as a provider) some women embrace a philosophy of non-improvement on their appeal (e.g. their physical health).
