They believe having a partner will solve all of your issues but that's not true at all. I've now noticed that my relationship was abusive and I was manipulated by her and eventhough I knew that she might not have been the partner i deserved I tolerated her because of the physical aspects of a relationship not just sex but mostly for the cuddling and such. 2	Ex incel, self esteem issues still continuing Thank you so much for this, I'm already looking for a therapist and my friends that have been seeing therapists actually advised me to do so. But believe me I was actually quite ugly back in the day but at least it wasn't something that i could not improve on. I don't believe looks don't matter at all but when your looks pull you down that much it's difficult to find someone that will appreciate who you really are.
