Power comes from understanding that women are sexual creatures just like we are. Accepting that allows one to avoid putting women on a pedestal, thus increasing attraction. Furthermore coming to understand that women vote with their vaginas the same way we vote with our dicks allows us to see what alterior motives they may have when presenting ideas. I believe what he is implying is that it reduces your cortisol levels, so the mediation itself isn't doing anything directly but rather producing an environment in which you can get the best results from your efforts at the gym. Sort of like drinking protein won't make you swole, but it's important during a cut if you want to get the best results. I would like to see some science on this in relation to gains though.
