3	The only post you need regarding motivation. Think about achieving goals. Start a list. A small list at first, you don't even have to write it down, just think of a list. On that list you write down anything you want to achieve, things that you can accomplish. Start small, like wake up, that's easy, you do that every day, check that off. Done. Next item on the list, take a piss, check that off. Ok, something more complicated, brush your teeth. Don't think of it like that, don't commit to anything, start small.
