It's called shared responsibilities. One person takes it on themself to cook because he enjoys it and does it well. The other person takes it on themself to clean because she wants to pull her weight in her house and respects that her man cooks. Nothing wrong with his scenario and the analogy you gave is odd and ill-fitting. It would have worked better if you had said the man sets up the board game, everyone enjoys the game together, then the woman cleans it up out of respect for the man having …

Just to get to Mexico, it's over 1,700 miles for me. That's not close compared to the couple hours it takes in any direction to get to another country from many other European countries. It's easily possible in the U.S. to go without hearing another language for extremely long periods of time if you live in certain areas.

A friend of mine played a female Elf in WoW and was dumbfunded how much more considerate strangers treated him despite him never actually saying whether he was male or female in real life. This is very true. I just finished leveling a female BE Pally to 90 and the amount of times I received unsolicited "help" and was followed by other people was crazy. Before leveling the Pally I leveled a male Undead Lock to 90 and received no unwanted help.

Don't even bother asking me about asian women. . . My wife and I have the exact same sentiment. Every damn time we see a Toyota doing something stupid my wife says, "Bet you it's an Asian woman." I don't take those bets anymore.

I would be extremely interested in the statistics that would come out of such an experiment. Of course those statistics would be thrown out because you can't have anything out there actually proving women in general are inferior drivers.

I'm wondering if there's a way to set it up so all his money and future checks go to another person and then that person gifts the money back to Mel for a tiny % thereby sidestepping him receiving "income" since it's in the form of a "gift."

A few things I noticed: The guy is a stand up dad in that he's caring for two special needs kids and really goes all out for them. However, leaving them to eat by himself, NO! That's how messes get made. I have three kids, I know and never let them eat by themselves. Even though he's a standup dad, he's not a stand up husband. He worships his wife and breaks himself to see her happy, even though she's a soulless self absorbed harpy. He needs to take control of his marriage starting with maintain…

Absolutely correct, you're not supposed to be using your brain you know. You're supposed to listen to the women and do what they say, cause they know best. /s Seriously, people feel threatened by ideas that either make sense or expose bullshit. In the case of women's groups, they don't like that a group of men have seen through their lies and have banded together to support each other's personal growths.

It doesn't surprise me that our feminized society is trying to push away facial hair. Don't forget Schick and Gillette, can't lose out on profits! Seriously though, facial hair does help one to feel manlier. I also grew my first beard after leaving the service, felt great! Ultimately the style wasn't for me and I've gone to a trimmed goatee.

It takes us to a place where the minority, in this case those who didn't get what they want, wants to change the standard (or lower the mountaintop) so that everyone can reach it. In the case of police work this line of wishful thinking is unrealistic as they need to be able to perform to a certain set of physical standards, something women's hamsters will not allow them to understand. Since she cannot pass the test, it must be someone else's fault because she's perfect just the way she is! Wher…

What I'm reading is that fat out of shape women shouldn't be held to the same standards as women who are in shape. They're testing for a physically demanding job, they need to meet physically demanding standards. Just goes to show that they don't want equality, they want a free pass.

I also see some factors to the declining birth rate. One reason people used to birth more kids is the fact that a lack of vaccinations would claim the lives of some 20% of kids. Back before vaccines there was a chance your kid would catch something and die. Another reason is more kids means more hands to work the land. More kids also means that farmer wouldn't have to hire additional help. The last thing I can think of is we now live in a society whereby we can choose to avoid having children th…

I have a 3 year old daughter and a two year old son. There are times during the weekend that we only need say, milk. So, I'll take one of the kids with me to the store so we can have bonding time. I don't know that it's happened but I can't help but feel like I'm being stared at like I'm "weekend dad" for being out with one of my kids alone. Ah the society we live in.

why is it that some feminist activists have a tough time warning other women that women who drink -- but not to the point of being intoxicated -- will in fact be safer from a variety of crimes, including being mugged, than women who drink to extremes? The reason is that it makes the person accountable and as long as the person is accountable, then they are no longer a victim. Then they use up fancy terms like victim blaming to take away accountability for their actions. It's like saying "It's no…

Yes he would. When I started at my office, there was a going away party for one of the women my wife knew, so we attended. One of the females asked me whether I like melons. Me being completely work minded at the moment said "of course, my favorite is honeydew." The female half smiled and said "I meant melons," and glanced toward her chest. Needless to say, incredibly awkward, even more so with my wife there. I simply said "ah," turned toward my wife and I have avoided that female since.

My wife and I work at the same building. In my house, every morning I get our babies bottles made and food put in the diaper bag. I get the two older kids up and get them dressed and ready for daycare. Then I gather our lunch and put that and the diaper bag in our Jeep, if it's cold I'll start it. While I do all that, my wife is getting dressed and putting makeup on and then feeding our baby. In the evening I will cook dinner most times as I'm a much better cook than her. She will do the dishes …

When I was in the service, I worked with women like this. My buddies and I just thought of them as one of the guys. It was nice not to have to worry about gender and political correctness around them. Now I work in an office...

So what I'm gathering is that it is not ok to show a portrayal of what may happen in an abusive relationship on a tv show dedicated to edge of the line comedy that millions of viewers watch. At the same time, it's ok to plaster roadways and magazines with ads about how domestic violence is wrong. It's like they're saying "don't show me real life on my comedy show."

I have a cut one, no regrets here. On a side note, a female friend of mine once recounted a sexual encounter she had with a male who had his foreskin. She told me that it grossed her out that when the penis was inside her, the penis moved, but the skin didn't which left her wholly unsatisfied.

This is not victim blaming, this is smart thinking. Taking preventative measures to ensure safety of the public through education of a rapists M.O. is helping the potential victim make a smarter decision to lower the chance that person may become a victim. There are millions of people who live in NYC, therefore it's not so easy to just go out and catch the rapist. So, while they are looking for him, it's important to teach the public how to not make themselves a potential victim.

After reading your story something sticks out to me. You say she stalked you online and sent you messages wanting a relationship and you answered that you did not want one with her. If it were true that you forced her into oral, then she would more than likely have an opposite reaction of disgust and would want nothing to do with you. Also, you should be able to obtain records of your online messages which can help to prove that she has been stalking you.

Was an Air Force cop for 10 years. During that time I learned that according to the military, it is impossible for a man to be raped as defined by military law. If a man was forced to do things, it would be considered sodomy (which was unlawful penetration of an anus or animal) or sexual assault. Both charges carried significantly less repurcussions than rape. Unfortunately, our society still has this idea that a man cannot be raped and that view needs changed.
