I cannot think of any off the top of my head but can you tell me one example where a man gets paid more for the same work a woman does? I know a friend and she joined a DOT branch and gets paid more than some men just because of the timing when she joined, it was an incentive for new people to come work for them. But I know of know job in my expierence where a woman gets paid less.

The problem is the enforcement of the law. Society tells guys "dude you screwed that buff!" Um they are starting to use female suicide bombers in iraq, or were in 2007 when my SO was there. and he had also heard from his friends from other tours about kids 8-14 carrying or usuing weapons durign firefights. Just enlist and get them to pay for 36 months of instate college. My SO is doing it and makes a tax free 1050 a month when he is in school., plus he gets disability and it looks great on a resume. Also there are tons of jobs in the service and you can usuaslly get one in the field you want, so now you have done the job, get paid to go to school so you have a degreee in the job, and you get bonus points with most employers because it looks good on their books!

Here is where my knowledge will get foggy so remember IANAL however, if they rape had occured inside us terriotorial waters OR if the boats for some reason are considered part of America where they go then the rape could be prosocuted HOWEVER, if the latter is not true, then the rape occurs in us waters but the boat transveres outside after the allegation is made the rape could be prosecuted while the kidnapping could not :D Just my weird theory.
