4	How to stop thinking that only looks matter I would say step one is get off of the apps if you are on any. I’m an attractive guy, 6 figure salary, confident and stable. But something about never getting quality matched OLD breaks me down into a subpar man. I get regular compliments from strangers on my appearance, style, and muscles and even catch women staring a bit longer which is a tell tell sign. OLD is a confidence destroyer for men. 7	Alpha male MINDSET I surround myself with some of the most alpha men in the world (I.e SEALs, Marine Recon, Delta). They don’t do any of these things. They are very soft spoken, humble, and kind.
