| 4 | Does it get better? It hurts. But don’t skip out on feeling all the feelings. Stay away from alcohol and such to anesthetize. Whatever you resist, will persist. Go to therapy. Get help leaning into the real hard stuff. Therapy is like rocket fuel for healing! If you don’t face it, all the stuff will linger longer.
