Could you cite your sources? I’m finding it hard to believe that 40% of domestic violence is done by women. Also, the gender income gap is from two people of different genders doing essentially the same jobs, not two people who are in entirely different professions. According to what statistics? Domestic violence usually targets women and the attacker is usually a man. Also, pay gap isn’t just because of gender, people are getting payed the correct amount for their job titles, the problem that men are (definitely not always) but more often than not given more opportunities to succeed.
