4	When you're a woman and your campaign for president is failing... This workout routine is extremely ineffective especially for aging women. If her goal is to improve her cardio then fine, but to have a great looking body, girls and guys need to be lifting actual weights and eating the right foods. Seeing this kind of stuff annoys me because so much effort is put into a routine that yields mediocre results. She looks good for her age, but I guarantee that’s from her diet. 7	My son got fired today from a company he has been at ten years because a female employee claims he hit her. No proof. Company refuses to investigate. I understand that. Because I provide support to all my job sites, I have to visit the actual construction sites occasionally. There are a lot more females out there now. 2	All that stuff on their face, then there's us guys Just from my experience, a good balanced diet and regular exercise plays a big part in maintaining a youthful appearance. All the creams and other beauty products are bandaids. Also, no offense to vegans here, but most of y’alls skin looks like shit once you’re in your 30s. Eat some meat. 8	Where did this knowledge go? All I have is anecdotal evidence. From my experience, the amount or size of tattoos a woman has is usually a reflection of how emotional or mentally unstable they are.
