1	Why The Patriarchy Doesn't Exist I'm a feminist, and I agree with this statement. Men and women both need rights. (Wow, shocking!) Women historically have been and still are oppressed, so that is why they are usually given more attention. Rights are not a finite set of items, though, which makes me laugh thinking about. 1	What do “anti-feminists” want? Anti-feminists are attacking an expression of a principle, not the principle itself. Feminism is about seeking equality and specifically pursues women's issues because they have been historically oppressed. A handful do take it too far, and a good amount say misandrist things. Still feminism stands. Plus, plenty of feminists (like myself) also advocate for things in which men are behind (like openness regarding sexuality, mental health, and sexual assault).
