Toxic masculinity, if I understand it, isn't just "ways men behave poorly." It's the aspects of masculinity as defined by society that harm men, instead of just women. I've done some reading and there doesn't appear to be a consensus on male circumcision. There are reported benefits and detriments from a few thousand studies and studies of studies. The negatives, especially on sites with a clear anti bias, seemed trumped up. I would hardly say that having a fully functioning penis is equivalent to underrepresentation in government. Also, the argument could be made that women don't have 100% of their genitals either, given the loss of the hymen and the limited amount of eggs. This is a really weak detrailing argument. If we're going to argue with feminists, we should do it from a position of reason. I've seen dozens of us remark at "thought terminating cliches" that feminists use, and this really sounds like that.
