Tyler RSD is an introvert (he talks about it in one of his videos can't remember which).

This is great lifestyle stuff, not sure it's directly relevant to seddit though. For anyone who's interested, check out "The 4 Hour Work Week" by Tim Ferriss

Can you link to the app? Talking about the nervous system sounds like a great way to initiate kino!

Make sure you stay relaxed and keep your body language confident and open. Other than that it's not much of a big deal if you don't say THAT much, the problem is mainly in your head. I know because i was exactly the same in groups but now i dont give a fuck, I'm still not the most talkative in a group situation but it really doesn't matter. It does matter when you are sitting there all quiet and self conscious about your place in the group.

Because you're meant to channel that horniness into going out and approaching girls/socialising when you normally wouldn't.

Very true, you can't really stop because if you do you'll be depressed and you'll know exactly why.

It is a fact that if you do not self gratify during the day it will happen during the night when you are asleep. I'm not sure about that. I've been on a 14 day streak before and I don't recall getting wet dreams

You need to be comfortable dancing on your own, girls will want to be around you more if it looks like you're fun and having a good time.

I was dancing, enjoying myself in a club last week and a girl actually came up to me, danced with me and started grabbing my hips! I then got escalation anxiety and nothing happened after that.. Definite improvement though

Also join some clubs/societies if you can. I've only been here for a week, and already been part of a group networking activity at the Entrepreneurs open session.

Find other things to get you out of the house like hobbies, gym, a job, whatever. It will make you feel better and help build your confidence. Also read /r/howtonotgiveafuck every day if you aren't already.

but what frustrates me is that guys in every conceivable social location, from the homeless to the mentally ill to guys in jail, can and do have girlfriends. are they all ugly? should i just be setting my standards really really low while i myself am of such low value? or, get an escort once a month while beating off daily? or maybe i could be practicing my approaches for when i improve enough to actually get women. This is the reason you're bad with women, look at how lowly you're talking about…

The best piece of advice I've read on conversations is simply to 'focus on communicating what you feel rather than what you're thinking'. I can't remember where I got that from on seddit though, unfortunately.
