Sure I doubt companies would hire an unqualified person. The company where my ex used to work was very excited when a black woman applied for a "men's" job but didn't hire her because she wasn't qualified. A lot of versions of FGM are less invasive than the most common form of male genital mutilation yet every form of FGM, from complete removal to a simple pin prick, is equally illegal. All I'm saying is that our goal should not be to take away other people's rights, but to gain them for ourselves. Making life shittier for women doesn't help men. Yes I too have had moments were some guy is rambeling on about a problem I have the solution for and if he would shut up for 2 seconds I would be able to tell him he's worrying for no reason. Doctors and dentists are the only ones who still have a mandatory entrance exam where I live. Engineers get a non binding orientation test. It's basically an entrance exam, but failing it doesn't stop you from trying (and most likely failing) to become an engineer. All the other courses only require you to have a high school diploma.

So you would withhold medical and mental aid from a potential rape victim until it is proven they got raped and their attacker is convicted, because all I'm asking for is potential rape victims getting mental and medical help when they say they got raped. Treating an accused person like a criminal isn't part of medical or mental help as far as I know.

You should always believe the "I got raped" part until it's proven to be a lie. Believing somebody got raped isn't the same as treating the accused like they are guilty. I agree to a certain point. You should be able to feel safe and be safe unless you are afraid from things you shouldn't be afraid of.
