I had to show my wife this, very clearly, before I saw any real changes in her attitude. The look on her face was addicting. It still requires constant work, and it always will. For now, the whole family is together and happy, because of the willingness to burn it down and move on in a different family format.

You need to pass comfort tests, but don't "tell her how you feel" unless how you feel is that you're a bad ass mother fucker with a life plan - and she is welcome to come along for the ride as long as she's being cool. Seriously, lift and read the sidebar.

I had a girl once that started becoming distant when she wanted commitment. In my experience, most women are pretty straightforward about it, asking outright "what are we?".

To each their own, but I think women are pretty awesome to have around. You just have to lay down your previous expectations and don't let them tread all over you. Understanding combats anger.

Very challenging. A better answer would be fear for one's physical safety. I'm still surprised at the number of women willing to meet a strange man from the internet. God bless them.

Yeah. I mentioned it specifically because I also think it's unusual. I suspect she's been doing this for a while, longer than she's known me. What you mentioned above, regarding smells and possession of your things, is spot on (and much, much more common), in my experience.

When I'm gone for extended periods of time, my wife takes the additional step of buying and consuming food and drink products I enjoy, just to feel a bit of my presence. She's still as hypergamous as they come. AWALT.

My wife likes to buy me unrequested sweets. Lazy mode.

Please sit. Observe. You will see in the first column I have identified each of the women and have assigned them each an index number, for future reference. The second column is their SMV, followed by a matrix indicating what sexual activities each has submitted to. Continuing on, as you can see, each woman has an effectiveness score attached to them, as a means of comparing relative value. Do you want to see where you fit in in the breakdown graph?

I recognize you from your replies on some of my posts under my discarded handle. Anyway, just wanted to say good job on turning things around. Ain't easy. I don't have as far to go as you did, but I have more ground I need to cover. Stories like yours helped me gather the momentum I needed to get started. And like you said, there's no stopping this train now. And it feels awesome.

I've said it before: MRP has probably saved my marriage, and possibly even my life. It certainly saved my life in terms of my path, desire, and modus operandi - in creating a plan for my own fulfillment, absent anyone else, especially women. It may have also saved me from following a path that could have led me to suicide. Even though I haven't been on this path too long, everything has changed for the better. I owe it to MRP and the people that hang around here to help other men. I feel like a …

I had both parents in my household, but my mother was way more involved in my life and upbringing. My father is a dyed in the blue beta, but one thing he has going for him: he doesn't give a fuck what anyone thinks of him. Anyway, I also had a lot of trouble making moves when I was younger. I missed out on a LOT of pussy because of it. Don't be like me. Learn early (and don't marry).

Me- "Yeah" (At this point I'm thinking that Hypergamy would never allow me to fuck her or, more likely my game is weak) Once she established you as a 'first year', you threw her up on a pedestal. You need to be superior, even if you are younger. Act like you DNGAF. Be amused. In control of the situation and yourself. Don't worry, it takes time and practice. Also, I still wouldn't do this in the gym.

Don't shit in the temple. edit- Also, you're second guessing yourself. You're not in your own frame. Stop doing that, women can see it.

My wife is a frustratingly strong character. Back before I swallowed the pill, I thought this was an endearing quality: to be challenged and as such to remain interested, instead of becoming bored with her. I wish I had known then my own power to create the situation I desire, to mold an appropriate character. It's amazingly difficult these days, but when I can make her nervous regarding my commitment, the resulting look she gives me is like pure heroin. I chase that look now, because for 2 year…

39 y/o married man. Yes, now that I've swallowed the pill, I realize I have to be attractive again and remain that way. That's the way of dealing with women and hypergamy. So also does she need to remain attractive and available to me. If I'm not attracted to her, or she is unavailable, my own attractiveness will mean I can outsource my pleasure. Either way, I have to remain attractive to get what I want, it's the fuckin way she goes.

My wife also loves being tied up, spanked, thrown around; generally dominated. She also dislikes giving direction. She wants to let go and give total control. I suspect that little would be off the table when she is sufficiently aroused, but I haven't pushed that too far, yet. If you want to do it, I would just do it. Your wife doesn't want to give permission, whether she likes it and knows, will like it and doesn't yet know, or will not like it. One way to find out.

Took the pill around 3 months ago. Physical Had a couple tough sessions at the gym. I'm doing IF 16/8 most days and depending on my schedule, lifting while fasted can be great, or a struggle. Still adding weight to every session for every lift, but I think my BP will need to stagnate a bit, which is disappointing. The good thing …

This woman is the opposite of my wife and reading this puke has helped me to realize the extent that my anger has been affecting my view of her in our relationship. I mean, she's not perfect, but she's no shrill, immobile, grating twat. WTF are you doing OP? I suggest you read those books that you so easily dismiss. Maybe you would actually learn and internalize something here.

Me too, but I smoke every day. I love pushing weight with a good buzz, it really helps me stay in the zone and appreciate each rep. Eating is never a problem.
