Just a tip. Don't read summaries of movies. It's like reading the end of "The Sixth Sense" and then watching the movie. I would definitely recommend it. The movie will need a second watching if you want to understand all the subtle details. Have fun!

I don't understand how anyone can question meditation. I can lift heavier and longer after 15 minutes of meditation. It increases my abstract thinking tremendously and enables me to work longer with more focus. It also helps a lot with any kind of stress and anxiety. Does someone know of any good alternatives to "mainstream" sunscreens? I wanted to start a new routine and apply sunscreen regularly, because it slows down the aging process.
