I'm the same height as well now, but growing up I was short (5' freshman year HS). Still, I didn't have issues with the ladies. Most of my girlfriends were taller than me. I was confident, which by the way adds 2" to your height.

This is brilliant. You're giving yourself everything you need, living in the present, and having a good time. For insomnia I take Ambien as it is the only thing that works for me. I try not to take it more than 2-3 times a week in the avg month so I don't get hooked as well.

In my late twenties, I got a vasectomy while I was still married. A few years later, I was divorced. I waited about two years before I tried dating again, and I found myself asking the same question as OP. I had two sons, so the thought of trying to reversing the vasectomy was not an option. Around this time, OLD was starting to take off, and I'd filter out the women that said they wanted to have kids or were undecided. I found the reason the overwhelming majority of women not wanting kids was t…

Have you considered the possibility that you're living too much in the future, always thinking how what you're doing now will impact your future? I'm not saying you stop thinking about your future, but is thinking about it too much impacting your ability to enjoy the present.

I'd say it can be very rewarding. I have 70% custody of my youngest son and raised my oldest by myself for a good portion of his life. A huge part of my self-confidence I have is knowing I've been a good father. Co-parenting can be hard, and kids are not cheap, but I have no regrets.

In mostly no particular order Gym - Definitely make sure you stay fit physically as it all helps you mentally. You don't need to be a gym unless you want to. You can balance this with your hobbies as well. Travel - Definitely get out, and see/experience the world. Travel is cheaper and a bit more exciting in your youth. Dog - Hold off for now and wait till you are settled into life a little more. Escorts - If you want to, don't spend too much, though. Videogames - Sure, just not hours upon hours…

I've got nine tattoos total, and except for the one I got when I was 18 and is now covered up, I love them. Some pay homage to my Irish roots, most help to remind me to be the person, and live the life I desire to. For example, one tattoo on my forearm has a map and a compass. It is a reminder to Go My Own Way, and not allow things to distract or divert me. Another tattoo says, "Burn and Rave at the Close of Day," which is a line from a poem by Dylan Thomas. Each tattoo has a specific purpose an…

Warm beach with a beer sound brilliant. It sounds like you had a shit therapist, and I suspect that is something you already know. I was lucky and found a good one. I agree, I would never try and convince a therapist or explain the details of MGTOW. I did tell my therapist that I was going to focus myself, look after my kid, do all the things that make me happy and not bother with relationships. She thought that was a great idea, and it has been of course.

I do the same thing at the end of the interview. I'll ask questions like "What made you decide to come work here" or What part of your job do you like, what don't you like." Once I asked the "What is one of your weaknesses" question. So much fun to hear their answers, and see them struggle a bit.

I agree this is true, but not simple. Irrelevant might be more appropriate. I have brainstem cancer, and I'm terminal with hopefully another year left. Needless to say, I have a different perspective than most on the topic. Before my diagnosis, I had a fear of dying alone like many due, and of all the times I feared dying alone, I can't think of one time when I wasn't depressed. Most likely, after a breakup, definitely after my divorce. Since my diagnosis, and then after getting my prognosis aft…

Very true. Sometimes you just have to accept the little they can do for you. For example I came to realize how much my dad requires a woman in his life to have purpose for and take direction from. However, on the few occasions I did need my dad's assistance and specifically asked him for it, he was there to help.

Social Security will only pay a one-time death benefit to each child. With regards to the free tuition, that is completely under the control of the woman who wanted to marry me. She could leave her job, and bye bye-bye free tuition. She could also just ghost the kid and choose not to deal with it. Also this has no connection to the $250 one-time death benefit. For a spouse you're a bit off with your info. Minimum is 9 months for the current spouse to have been married to the deceased to have acc…

If you haven't already done so, I would suggest learning how to sail and getting some certifications. For the US start with these ASA Certifications ASA 101 - Basic Keel Boat ASA 103 - Basic Coastal Cruising ASA 104 - Bareboat Cruising ASA 114 - Catamaran Cruising Some where along the way, do as others suggested and buy an old cheap sailboat. Learn how to make repairs and upgrades. You can also become a crew member on the thousands of crewed voyages that occur each year. Check out FindACrew.Net

Sounds like your friends were a bunch of dumbasses. I had those same friends in my life as well once. Let's work on making your self-worth not reliant on external parties (Female or Male). Instead, make it based on things no one can take away. Then the world will see you as a confident man and good things will come to you. Yes, that means girls as well, just don't make the same mistakes I did I need to stop reading about dating online and focus on my hobbies. What are your hobbies?

Not sure what you mean about the social hierarchy. However, I'm fairly confident if you keep spending a lot of your time thinking about how you won't be a certain thing, you definitely won't be. I don't see MGTOW as something I joined. In some ways, MGTOW is like a road sign warning about dangers upcoming. If the sign says there is curve up ahead and I should slow down to a certain speed, I don't try and change the sign because I think it wrong. I take the information in and act according to what I feel is best for me. I think there is some value in having these borderline posts, and I prefer to counter negativity with positivity rather than censor. I have another Reddit account I use for posting about writing. In several of the subreddits, if you want to post a short story or poem, you have to give a couple of comments to others' content first. Not sure if it would be an admin nightmare, but what if you limited an account one borderline post a week/month, something like this. Thoughts?
/r/MGTOW210/05/20 06:35 PM
2

Brilliant. Might I suggest you break it down to a simpler, more specific thing? For example, this week smile and say hello to some you see sometimes, but don't speak to typically. Even better if it is someone you think you might what to be friends with. Don't have any expectations when doing this. They might not say hello back, and that is fine, and not a reflection on you.

Thanks, mate. MGTOW definitely helped me. So many of us get distracted from helping each other grow and learn. I started to grow personally, and especially professionally, once I began to help others. When I'd pass along what I learned to someone else, it further cemented the information in my head. Which then "freed" up space in my brain to learn something new for myself. I also got the sweet dopamine rush that comes with actually helping someone and not just virtue-signaling.

Is this perhaps the birth of new internets? Not necessarily. Put simply what you are describing is a WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network), which can be its own private network, but as soon as you need to access other internet based resources (Google, Banking websites, etc) you need to access the internet. Where you connect to the internet is what matters most, ie if you're using a Chinese ISP (Internet Service Provider) the content you're attempting to access will be heavily censored. The closest …

This is great advice and exactly what works for me (I'm 44). I tried the therapist, and at first it helps a little, but so much of his focus was on me not being so hard on myself and to accept my limitations. Fuck that I eventually said. I'm of the opinion that Feminists, the majority of which are white women, are increasingly aware of their privilege in Western society. So in order to maintain their status on the the victim hierarchy they must: A) Further exaggerate how "oppressed" and what "oppresses" them. B) Ally themselves with groups they feel gives them the most social justice warrior karma points. I'm sure there are more that can be added to this list.

First, I think it would be helpful to change your mindset and negative thoughts you have about yourself. Second, not many of us go our own way over night. Create a plan of attack for yourself and the goals you want to accomplish. Then break them down into smaller pieces. Finally remember that without execution, ideas are shit.

My ex used to say this to me to me, and what OP says about the kids (if you have them, and have access to them) is so true. My Son (15) lives with me 75% of the time thankfully. So I've been sick this week and last night I suggest ordering in some food because I didn't feel like cooking. He says to me not to worry about it, that he will cook tonight. It is sad, but true, to think that the main risk to my son's successful future is women.

First she looked at me and I just stared back at her with a look that said there is a stewardess and four other "independent" and "capable" woman around that can help you.
