Also I'm going to clarify if you can't detach from the emotional aspect of all this then it will never work. You have to be indifferent to what happens in the long term with her.

Ok you need to be ok with losing her because you should also be looking elsewhere. If you find something great take it, if you have a negative mindset saying you won't then you won't and you'll be stuck on someone 3,000 miles away. If you want 3 that's easy, cut the contact down a lot maintain your SMV in ways that she'll know about (others have said how to in comments). Don't lie about it actually do it. Do you know what you want? Your post says one thing but reads another way. So answer this what do you want? I did a LDR for over 3 years it's incredibly difficult. Now we're in a unique situation. You have the wrong cause in this cause and effect problem. It wasn't because you committed it was because you broke frame and went more beta than alpha. You would have been fine in the LTR had you maintained frame it wasn't your commitment that did you in, you more than succeeded in making her earn it but you failed once you had it.
