Thanks for the advice. I tried Craigslist and only got scammers and deadbeats. Tried adwords and didn't get anything from it/didn't want to throw any more money at it. I get most of my business from referrals. Can you recommend any real estate sites that offer free advertising and explain what you mean by adword certified? I might take another whack at adwords.

Are you on any antidepressants? I suffer from depression but refuse to take antidepressants, although I have some friends who take them and swear by them. Depression sucks.
