I thought i remember reading somewhere (i completely forget where, so take it with a grain of salt), but although men get into more serious accidents, women get into more accidents in general, just more minor ones. Men get into more accidents on roads and accident with injury and death, while women get into more accidents then men, they just tend to be in parking lots, or with no injuries. I wonder if more less serious accidents are less expensive for insurance companies than on serious one.

You really should re-read what I posted. I never claimed they called it a community college here. In fact, there is nothing we call a "community college" here. A college is a college, and a university is a university. They aren't the same. A Canadian college would be the equivalent of an American community college.

That's not what I'm saying. In the US, community college is a lot less expensive than regular colleges/universities. Its the same thing in Canada, just we call our "colleges/universities" "universities" and "community colleges" "colleges". It's the same thing, only different terminology.

I think I should point out that colleges and universities in Canada are not the same thing. A university is a traditional university where most courses focus on theory. A college is more akin to a community college where the focus is on hands-on experience. Generally, colleges cost less and are more likely to be attended by lower-middle class families in addition to blue collar workers. University on the other hand are more likely to be attended by upper middle-upper class families and "artists"…
