I don't intend to do that...not questioning that I have to put in the hard yards and get rejected a thousand times. Sucks to realize that my ex-gf was probably doing the same thing, even though she looked so innocent and tradcon. At one point, she showed me her phone to show me that she wasn't talking to any guys. But it was suspiciously clean. Oh well.

Tier 2 cities in India are basically small towns. Yeah, the mentality is still that, though I see tight pants, makeup, stares etc. from time to time. I'll be indirect and just chat at first. I do take care to smell nice, thanks for the reminder. I dress decently - loafers, chinos, etc. What do you mean by figuring out logistics? I also wanted to ask you about Oyo - is there something I should be careful of?

This is one of the best things you guys could have done. Nice. A suggestion based on what CainPrice said in a comment on this post itself. Give ECs a flair for whatever they are experts in. Like IM contributes most heavily to machianvellianism, CainPrice said he is good at online dating for men over 30. It might help when ECs get into a debate and/or give advice that conflicts with what other ECs say, or just help clarify things for newbies and intermediates.
