1	Because of /r/Seduction I am finally coming out of my shell! To overcome AA I use three second rule. Basically when you see a girl count backwards from 3(i find it better than the the other way around). I also got myself an app that you give tour date birth and its shows how many seconds of life you have left. These belped me at the beginning of my journey and I still like to use them. I actually would prefer to not take advantage of my lazyness, because it might backfire in terms of girls as it interrupts my everyday live.
