The more I understand autism the more I have respect for those who have to intellectualize everything because they have no intuition. They're the real nerds. I love them. Maybe I am also slightly on the ASD but I'm pretty sure I'm not.

I thought pheromones were bullshit as we didn't have any pheromone receptor organ. Maybe the science changed.

Wtf are you saying? What are all these observational studies doing then? Get real.

I have no idea how a conversation between two seemingly intelligent individuals can suddenly devolve into some retarded lack of understanding how to present one's argument while each party thinks the other is bullshiting. This ad infinitum literally everywhere. This is nauseating.

> There's also the fact that a huge number of men are now balding in their 20's (maybe endocrine disrupters in the environment?) and some even grow breasts and lose most if not all muscle mass. Probably due to porn addiction ngl (fornication increases prolactin and transforms testosterone into DHT). Solved.

You're welcome. At least if people are self-aware this can begin to change. To be honest I'm still guilty of doing this even though I have the knowledge. What is wrong with me lol

Ouch... Honestly if people gave up on me it would have worsened my depression. Thanks for the support! Anyway I'm also in a better place. :)

Didn't want to break your heart haha but thanks. Let's be humans, shall we? I mean I had the same issue when I had my shitty depression. I realized I just couldn't talk to anyone seriously besides showing micrometers of help please flags. I sort of have accepted this to be honest. This may be why so many people are into distracting activities. You just don't want to deal with reality when you have those unresolved emotional issues, like gaming or watching series or whatever mass media entertainm…

Yeah I may have worded this too strongly but sometimes it's nice to share your feelings. Except nobody is here to listen to them and I'm not going to do that with my parents. So yeah the usual male business, keep your problems to yourself and carry on...
/r/seduction31/08/20 10:14 AM

Now I seek emotional therapy with female friends but I realize that people probably don't want to talk about that because it's exhausting.

I can be that guy somewhat but nobody I know can or wants. Males aren't good at this, they'd never think about doing stuff like this. The concept of taking care of your emotions doesn't exist among males =_=

Could be and I'm enclined to agree more on this, a personality based explanation. So far I can't say and because of the bias and huge statistical variance we can't be objective and rely on personal experience.

Thanks for the post. You literally answered Nihilism's claim and showed the path with Buddhism and Nietzsche logic. Nice job. You may not have known but you tied in those concept together, which is very cool.

Real question (not doubting here but wanting substantial answers) : It seems natural to say that wasted potential makes us all quiver and recoil in disappointment and sadness, for others and for ourselves. But why it is so ? Why is wasted potential, mediocrity, "success" (however you define it), not becoming who you are (why would you, what does that mean...), etc. so appalling ? It's frequent to hear the evident affirmations, but rarely do I see people talk about the reasons behind them. Becaus…

And there are also women that like things and men that like people. All of this is one thing : genetics, leading up to statistics and the Gauss curve. If I'm not wrong this is how we should understand all of this. It's just a bunch of tendencies leading to pattern but there's no absolute whatsoever.

Denying free will doesn't mean that you have no will. Just that it isn't free from influences. Unimaginable factors are at play to decide your will, but that doesn't mean it isn't unconscious, nor that it doesn't exist. See Sam Harris on Free Will

NF is heterogeneous due to the fact that people from multiple beliefs assemble to fight one common thing. That's the common thing you should focus on, not on the beliefs and reasons behind.
/r/TheRedPill01/05/19 01:36 PM

Ohohhh no No way. This. Is. True ? Just reflecting on past experiences. Aw crap. It's just instinct dominating them, seeking a person of confidence to believe in, that breaks the generalization so to speak... I'd call this the default state. Hopefully we can get educated past these behaviors.

The history and general purpose of marriage was to bind families together and use marriage to further your own economic and political agenda. Nothing was based in love.
/r/MGTOW15/04/19 06:25 AM
10

It doesn't feel like there's an agenda. It's more like the mass has a general, one sided opinion and thus everything goes in that way since they hold the most power.

So just be assertive without being an asshole.
/r/TheRedPill10/04/19 06:58 PM

I actually agree with you, and that also explains why the majority of women are stereotyped as feelers and men as unemotional thinkers. But this isn't black and white. Though there are markedly biological differences between the two gender... I don't think a woman thinker is the same as a man thinker and vice versa, a feeler man and a feeler woman, they still aren't the same.
/r/TheRedPill31/03/19 06:17 PM

So you're saying I need a thinker woman.

Would you mind elaborating?
/r/MGTOW19/01/19 01:36 PM

You've got a point but I don't think we have studies regarding that, and that's why it's a problem. Because people believe in studies too much, not that it's bad. But here we are in unexplored territory, scientifically. Though I'd argue that compulsory behavior is bad in any case.

Some person was Carl Gustav Jung and he thought about that before we even had statistics to prove that there was indeed a dimension of extraversion and introversion. It's pretty spectacular in my mind. Of course MBTI deviates a bit from Jung but what they got doesn't seem that far from the Big 5. MBTI is pretty much dumbed down Big 5, just replace the categories with statistics and the fact that the 5th dimension wasn't yet discovered and you've got it. There seems to be some good correlation be…
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/18 03:30 PM

What if I said Big 5 and MBTI is pretty much similar.

You got these facts wrong They make up the majority of the INTERNET population which kinda makes sense. Most people aren't nerds on the internet. They are out there doing something else.

Fact is some parts of personality go better together and that's why or why not.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/18 02:14 PM

There are a lot more nuances to those dimensions but they do exist. It's only overly simplistic when you overly simplify it.

When I'm thinking too much I end up kinda depressed so yeah... Knowledge is depression ? Ha...ha. There's always a positive spin on everything but is that a good spin to have ? Sometimes I think being always positive leads you to severe illusions.
/r/MGTOW08/12/18 01:36 PM

I'm guessing Nietzsche said this. Aren't many philosophers pretty depressed too? I always end up bringing the big questions when I'm feeling bad.

/r/MGTOW17/10/18 02:47 PM

It seems the lack of rules that were previously enforced by religion in the Middle age are making people disoriented and aimless, that could explain why we are the way we are today, and explain why we so many are depressed. We need structure in chaos.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/10/18 06:05 AM

Could you... Elaborate on that?

Men are the true romantics... This sentence, I've seen it coined in a post about the nature of love in men and women, and how women's love is opportunistic.

It's just as if the final frontier of man is to rise against his own impulses and biology and to build something greater than just fulfilling our carnal desires.

The article do spend a bit on time on this concept though. That some people spent more than 100 hours at the office but still consider them acquaintances. Time spent does help but the people need to actually converse and have meaningful relationships.
