It depends your life style, ofc, yours seems all about activity, and then none of them might fit it (unless it's one who's trying to get skinny? Idk) but mine isn't, and as long as they're cool and they know they're fat and don't annoy people because of it, it won't matter to me.

I'm okay with the whole 'well don't treat me like shit just cuz I'm fat' but I'm not okay with the whole 'fat is healthy' bullshit. Like yeah I'm not gonna make fun of you or treat you different cuz ur fat but if u start giving my gf shit cuz she's skinny you can go fuck right off.

Having a woman present with you if you have to have a performance meeting with a woman is pretty standard. At least it's the same in places I've worked. It makes sense. The only issue I have is if it doesn't go the other way as well, which it usually doesn't. (As in, a female boss alone with a male employee)
