I got a civil engineering degree. 40% of women were part of the major and most could not keep pace. Half the women left the program within 1-3 years, wasting taxpayer money and their time. Forcing this stuff is silly. Might as well be trying to incentivize/force men to get pregnant... it makes no sense and wastes humanities resources.
