Sweetheart! It's NOT about being lazy as you call it! I've been striving to get this low for years now, due to health probs as well.... NOT all of us come as well endowed as y'all... Most of us has to work are asses off to get the effects that we are looking for! As my doctor says... " THERE'S NO MAGIC PILL THAT'S GOING TO TAKE IT AWAY, WE HAVE TO WATCH WHAT WE EAT, EXERCISE DAILY AND SEE ARE DOCTORS REGULARLY!" So thus far this is exactly what I am following!
