He is mistreating you when he does this. It’s not okay. If he needs a break, he should revisit the issue and give you a “when” to come back to the issue. It’s not okay. Look up “stonewalling” It’s a form of mistreatment.

If someone starts to raise their voice at you, look at them and say, “I want to talk to you about this, but it’s too hard for me to communicate when you’re raising your voice. If you want to talk about this calmly, we can do that. As long as you’re raising your voice and getting combative, I will not be in the same room with you”. Immediately after saying that, leave the area, and do not be around him until he is calm If he has some problem with your autism diagnosis, maybe he should be evaluate…

I strive for both. I’m not sure why it all has to “just looks, OR just brains/talent/personality” for women. The question in and of itself reflects society’s sexist views. Women can be attractive in every way, and cultivate their entire lives to reflect grooming and personality.

I love eggplant. He hates it. At least he will eat regular squash. He is way more into sales now than when we first met, so I think I’m influencing that. 👏

Makes sense. My husband tends to be picky bc he was raised on junk food. He would prefer McDonald’s over something healthy so it makes it tricky for me to keep it tasty and healthy.
